VTSE – Shipping and Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at https://vtseracing.com.

VTSE offers refunds and exchange options. In order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.  Sale or clearance items cannot be returned. All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right not to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.

After passing an inspection, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Please note that VTSE may pay for return shipping.

Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc), and PayPal payments.

Taxes

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

Shipping Methods

VTSE processes and ships orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Our order processing cut-off time is 5 pm MST. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Services

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address provided and as written by the purchaser. All purchases from VTSE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Thus, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from VTSE pass to you upon delivery of the purchased item to the third-party carrier.

VTSE will select a suitable third-party shipping company, including but not limited to UPS, Fedex, DHL, and EMS, to provide the delivery service. The shipping company selected will be largely based on the shipping address. Orders shipping to PO boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. You may advise us on the most appropriate shipping company for our reference, but we may not follow your advice. Packages will be left at your mailbox or your door and do not require a signature.

The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the third-party shipping company. The actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond VTSE’s control. Thus, VTSE does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics-related events.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time is affected by handling time with VTSE and transit time with the selected third-party shipping company

Handling at VTSE normally takes 1-3 business days. Transit time can be anywhere between 5-12 business days, depending on the shipping address. Please note that transit time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, not the order date. Transit time can take longer than normal if the following occur: invalid shipping address, customs clearance procedures, holidays, and natural disasters. VTSE does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to these listed events.

International Shipping

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts and address changes, are not always possible. Requests to change an address may be subject to a fee, if accepted. VTSE reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please visit https://vtseracing.com/contactus/ immediately. Claims are handled through the third-party shipping company, but VTSE will assist with these claims to the best of our ability. Damaged goods may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
